What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, city, and — if you choose to provide it — your email address, purely to fulfill and communicate about your order.

How we use your information

• To process and deliver your order
• To send order confirmations and updates (if you provided an email)
• To contact you about your order via phone or WhatsApp if needed

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information to third parties. Your order details are shared with our delivery partners and, where relevant, our product suppliers to get your order to you, and in scrambled (hashed) form with Meta to measure our ads, as described below.

Advertising and measurement (Meta)

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram and use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure those ads and show them to people likely to be interested. When you visit our store, Meta's pixel uses cookies to record the pages and products you view, what you add to your cart, and your orders.

When you place an order or browse while signed in, our server may also send Meta your email address, phone number, name, city, province, postal code and country in scrambled (hashed) form, together with your IP address and browser details, so Meta can match the visit or order to an ad. Meta can only compare these hashes with information it already has about its own users; it does not receive your details from us in readable form. Meta handles this information under its own Privacy Policy.

You can choose which ads you see, and stop Meta using your activity on other websites for ads, in your Facebook ad settings. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising at aboutads.info/choices or youronlinechoices.eu, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep order records for our own bookkeeping and customer support purposes. If you'd like your data removed, contact us via our contact page.

Payments

We don't store your full payment details ourselves — payments are handled through the payment method you select at checkout.
